Come and hear these two features then stay for the Open Mic and some Cinco de Mayo themed drinks at Summer Bar.\n\nMEET OUR FEATURES\nTaneesh Kaur (“Core”) is a US-born Punjabi teaching artist based in San Francisco\, a social justice advocate who uses nature to understand and dismantle systems of mental and physical oppression. Her full-length debut collection\, Thawing: A Poetic Memoir\, was released in March 2024 by Collapse Press. Taneesh has a Master’s in linguistics from San Francisco State University\, and is a first year in the MFA program at University of San Francisco.
